Program Summary
EVMP projects must be transformative, collaborative, applied, and enduring.
- Processing, refinement, and production of critical minerals and materials
- Traction battery and associated components and systems
- Significant vehicle light weighting
- Power electronics and associated components and systems
- Electric machines and associated components and systems
- Fuel cell (full system)
- Include at least two (2) industry partners (a lead and partner(s))
- Include at least one (1) small-medium enterprise (SME), with less than 500 employees globally
- Involve the participation and/or support from at least one (1) industry-based market-pull company (i.e., in the form of a formal collaborative partner, in-kind support, and/or letter of support)
Expressions of interest (Project Screening Deadline) are due on October 11, 2023 (5 pm Eastern)
Final applications are due on November 15, 2023 (5 pm Eastern)
